Habib Beye, former Senegalese international central defender now a consultant, was at the microphone of Canal+ saturday night for the draw (1-1, see the summary here) of Paris Saint-Germain against Lens at Stade Bollaert as part of the 17th day of Ligue 1 2021-2022. He notably displayed his concern about the post-match reaction of Parisian coach Mauricio Pochettino.

?What worries me a bit is when he says ‘we had to change the system to adapt to the opponent’. But the opponent, in fact, Lens they have been offering this for over a year and a half !. Today, we have not seen a subtlety on the part of Franck Haise. What Lens offered is what they offer every week and, when you’re PSG, you still analyzed Lens with your video analysts.

Beye « It’s not during the game that you find out. “

And finding out how to contain Lens through a match by changing the system four times, that’s what appeals to me. That is to say, if they have analyzed Lens, they know from the start of the match how to behave to block Lens. It is not during the match that you find out that Lens is playing with Frankowski and Clauss very, very high. To see him looking like that throughout the game how he should block the sides, that’s what worries me a little. “, words relayed by Maxifoot.

PSG cannot be satisfied with its performance in the 1st half, with only a few flashes and 5 convincing minutes before the break. This is far too little for this team, which above all seemed to be lost and to suffer the lens waves. It was absolutely necessary to have the best in the aftermath to hope for a victory, unless you had a lot of success.

What the Parisians had, with Lensois who missed many opportunities. But Navas still made a mistake, logically leaving the advantage to Lens. It is still difficult to blame him as he saved PSG from a complete wreck. He bought time for a wake-up call, which didn’t really come except that there was still a game hooked despite an almost shameful performance.

This with choices and a speech by Pochettino that are not reassuring. There were several systems that went by without a solution being found. The coach said it was to adapt to the opponent. The pre-match analysis of a Lens who played as usual was therefore missed and the Argentinian showed he was unable to do anything to improve his team. It is inevitably worrying for the continuation so much everything seems to be done at random, without idea. We can still hope for the best soon given the potential of the workforce, but it is becoming difficult to believe.

SHAKEN Arlene Phillips says she heard soldiers talking and children running through the halls.

His claims shocked the crew as the castle served as a home for Jewish refugee children fleeing the Nazis during World War II, according to insiders.

A source said: ?All campmates found the castle spooky at times.

?But Arlene seems to have been much more annoyed by unusual events, especially at night.

?She told other celebrities about soldiers and children.

?That was part of the reason she was considering leaving in the first week of her stay at The Clink.

?The details may not have meant much to the campmates, but many of the crew know the history of the castle – and therefore were quite panicked by what she thought she heard. “

Former judge Strictly Arlene, 78, has previously said she is not spiritual.

But Gwyrch Castle is said to be haunted by a Lady in White, considered the Countess of Dundonald, and her avenging husband who lashes out over the fact that he failed to inherit the castle when he died in 1924.

Up to 300 Jewish children sent there in 1939 later discovered that their parents had been killed in Nazi concentration camps.

The elected Republican of Kentucky Thomas Massie created the controversy by posting a photo of him and his family, guns in hand in front of a Christmas tree.

In the image, he can be seen with six of his relatives, all smiles, holding heavy weapons. “Merry Christmas ! PS: Santa Claus, bring ammunition, ?this representative in the lower house of the US Congress commented on Twitter.

An image that disturbs when four students were killed Tuesday in a high school in the small town of Oxford (Michigan). The parents of the 15-year-old shooter, meanwhile, were charged with manslaughter after giving their son a semi-automatic pistol as an early Christmas present.

In this context, the publication of Thomas Massie caused an outcry, elected officials or relatives of shooting victims accusing the Republican of insensitivity. “Outrageous,” Democrat John Yarmuth wrote, saying such messages amounted to “blatantly taking child murder in the face.”

“Legal weapons”

Republican Adam Kinzinger, saying he is in favor of the right to carry a weapon, tweeted that it was “not a support for the right to hold and carry a weapon” but “a fetishism”.

Activist Fred Guttenberg, whose daughter was killed in the 2018 Parkland High School shooting, one of the worst school massacres in America, has posted his own “family photos.” ?One is the last photo I took of Jaime, the other shows where she is buried,? he wrote.

Conversely, conservative political commentator Candace Owens tweeted, “Could someone explain to me how they can blame the Michigan shooting on Thomas Massie, because he shared a photo of him and of his family holding legal weapons? ?

The Oxford high school shooting is the deadliest of some 130 already recorded this year in schools, according to the organization Everytown For Gun Safety.

(Toronto) Supply issues are increasingly complicating the existence of small businesses in this country.

Tara Deschamps
The Canadian Press

Not only do they have to contend with a labor shortage, small businesses also face a number of supply issues: semiconductor shortages, rising shipping costs, delays in ports and flooding in British Columbia. They don’t have the money to get by.

This trouble couldn’t come at a worse time. With the holiday season quickly approaching, delivery delays and empty shelves can be disastrous during the busiest time of year for many businesses.

Several businesses were counting on the Holidays to relaunch themselves after several months of the pandemic. Some even hoped to take advantage of it to avoid bankruptcy.

” It’s a question of survival ! Says Helmi Ansari, the owner of a company that manufactures espresso machines and stainless steel bottles.

Supply problems prompted him to apply for a first bank loan, 15 years after the founding of his company.

?There are people who depend on us to put food on their tables. We have to make sure that my business survives, but without inventory, I will have to lay off employees. ”

Mr. Ansari resisted the idea of ??raising the price of his products. He says he knows other companies that have had to do it because the demand for supplies has never been higher. Several delivery companies take the opportunity to increase their prices. In some cases, these have even tripled.

The Drewry World Container Index shows that the cost of transporting a 40-foot container from Rotterdam to New York hit US $ 6,214 in early December, a 208% increase from last year. The Shanghai-Rotterdam trip is even more expensive as the price has jumped to $ 13,500, an increase of 283% in one year.

Inflation steps in. According to Statistics Canada, the annualized inflation rate rose to 4.7% last month, the largest increase since February 2003.

Food saw an average increase of 4% last month.

?Meat jumped to two dollars a pound as it increased, according to my co-packer, the increase was usually 25 cents,? says Lola Adeyemi, founder of ?It’s Souper,? a Toronto-based soup company. afrofusion ?.

It explains having had to increase its prices to cope with inflation and the labor shortage that has affected the activities of the factory which manufactures its new line of sauces.

Mme Adeyemi had no choice but to rent a kitchen, store her supplies, and ask friends to help her prepare and bottle piri-piri and green chili sauces.

?I still don’t know if I would be able to produce through a manufacturer or if I should continue to prepare them myself,? she wonders.

Companies were choosing foreign products before the pandemic because of lower costs. But prices have risen so much that companies aren’t saving as much as they used to, says David Yeaman, president of Molded Precision Components, which is looking to relocate production.

Myriam Maguire, one of the founders of Maguire Boutique in Montreal, understands the situation.

She had to create waiting lists for items after many European factories closed during the pandemic. If these factories have reopened, the same problem is hanging over the Asian market.

The delivery of its handcrafted $ 300 combat boots to Florence, Italy was delayed four times because its supplier was unable to secure an imported product from China.

?Even though they’re made in Italy, the main chemical component comes from China. Today, China keeps everything it can to itself, so my manufacturer is going through difficult times, ?says Mme Maguire.

She has to bring her products by plane, make presales and get her customers used to being patient. About 300 people are on the waiting list for combat boots. Mme Maguire says he has not received any complaints on this subject.

?Since the start of the pandemic, people have ordered stuff from Amazon that gets delivered to them a month or two later. People are used to these delays, she adds. The fact that they are more patient really helps small businesses. ”

Zapping Our Mondial TOP 10: The most profitable transfers in history

If several extracts had already been released, Prime Video today broadcast the full interview with Kylian Mbappé by Thierry Henry. Discover the highlights of this interview below.

Most player of the month ahead of Zlatan Ibrahimovic

“I’m proud. It leaves a mark. Zlatan was not just anyone, we all know how important he is to the club. Passing past him is symbolic.”

On the importance of the collective

“When I win big things collectively, you realize that it’s them (your teammates) who propel you. When I thought I could do everything on my own, I didn’t win.”

On the fact that the trio must defend more

“We all know that we must do more. We must not be unhooked from the collective either. We must put our own money into it.”

On his passage from Monaco to Paris

“I learned a new football. In Monaco, we played, everyone gave me the limit to score. In Paris, things changed, I started playing on the right. Monaco is a big club but in Paris there was full of international stars, bosses from their country, they won everything. Integration was complicated. It was another system, I got out of it, we had to digest. That’s why young players are in difficulty when they are transferred. We buy you to have results directly “.

Passes or goals

“When you want to be a special player, you have to know how to do both. I am the best passer in the championship and I am also in the Champions League. I am not a selfish, I can still develop it, it does not limit me not in my game “.

On his restless summer

“When you hit a wall, you ask yourself questions. I had my parents. I spoke with my mother, my father. I wanted to leave but I refocused on the field. I was not elsewhere but I was putting too much energy into something else. My strength is the field, that was the best answer. People pay their place, they don’t give a damn about your moods. They want to see number 7 of the PSG “.

On his fear

“I am afraid of not winning. I am much more demanding of myself”.

On being the boss of PSG

“When you play with Messi and Neymar, to say that you are the boss, it is daring. I am in a great period, I help the team well. The goal is to put the 3 in the best conditions. three “game-changes” as they say in England “.

On his future

“I don’t know. Today I have to take the time. It’s not easy. Either way, I’ll play for another big club. At first, I was disappointed (not to leave). But hey, I wasn’t in the National, I’m in a club that wants to win the Champions League. I’m from Paris, I have my family, I feel good, I’ve always said it. I just wanted to find out something else !”

to summarize

Kylian Mbappé spoke about different subjects during an interview on Prime Video with Thierry Henry. The native of Bondy has indeed raised different subjects with his illustrious predecessor. Discover the highlights.

I’M A Celebrity faces a fixed row as viewers enraged Naughty Boy for another Bushtucker trial.

The music producer nearly quit the show on several occasions before celebrities were evacuated from Gwrych Castle this weekend due to Storm Arwen.

Viewers are unhappy that Naughty Boy is getting all of Bushtucker’s essays[/caption]

The music producer has been elected several times[/caption]

Naughty, 40, decided to stick around after seeing success testing Creepy Closet last week, and has since been continuously nominated for upcoming games.

He faced another horror trial – titled Savage Steakout – alongside soap icons Simon Gregson and Adam Woodyatt, bringing back eleven stars.

The star was also the target of the Castle Scary-Oke, Cells of Hell, and Gruesome Gargoyles challenges that ran throughout the week.

Now, Naughty has been voted on ANOTHER try as fans rant they are desperate to see someone else try.

?Seriously, this is getting boring! Why does the public vote Naughty Boy all the time for trials? Let’s see someone else for a change, ?wrote one viewer.

A second shot: “PLEASE stop voting for Naughty Boy to try out, omg can’t face him anymore.” I had enough. “

“Can Naughty Boy be excluded from the next trial on medical grounds?” These medical reasons being my mental health, ?joked a third.

He’s seen dozens of more comments pouring in this year, I’m a Celebrity? Get Me Out of Here was a FIX as Naughty Boy continually made appearances.

?I know a fix when I see one and Naughty Boy votes for almost every essay in the show is just more than ridiculous in my opinion,? one said.

?This show is a solution, always picking Naughty Boy to do all testing,? said a second, while a third wrote, ?Naughty Boy gets all the screen time. It is a solution.

A fourth pointed out: “Is it even worth voting for someone to bring a lawsuit that isn’t called Naughty Boy?” Seems like a solution to me.

It comes after eagle-eyed fans reported a huge flaw in one of Naughty Boy’s tries as part of the ongoing repair line.

Many fans were convinced the trial was “too easy” and took to social media to complain that they may have been made easier for the record producer.

Others noticed that there was something wrong with the lawsuit, which Ant and Dec said would see the celebrities dumped on bugs for “30 seconds” at a time.

Eagle-eyed viewers pointed out that the bugs remained at the bottom of the trap Naughty Boy was tied in long after the stopwatch ran out.

This meant that the producer was still surrounded by the creatures for minutes after the 30-second intervals, until he was released from the contraption.

Some have noted how Naughty “stopped screaming” between being thrown into bugs during the 30-second stretches as they said he was playing for the cameras.

One person remarked: ?It’s funny how suddenly he was okay with the crickets as soon as the clock was up. To fix. “

If Joan of Arc’s advance stopped at the gates of Paris, statues bearing her effigy are scattered throughout the capital.

The famous golden statue representing Joan of Arc on horseback, Place des Pyramides, in Paris. But why did you place her here, on rue de Rivoli, when on September 8, 1429, it was almost 300 meters from there, at 15, rue de Richelieu, that she was injured on the former site of swine walk?

Glosek Gourmet is a craft company located in Fleurance in the Gers and specializing in the manufacture and development of canned desserts. The agro-food industry is also one of the most developed industries in the Gers, ahead of tourism.

The Glosek team is currently made up of around ten people, to which are added occasionally or regularly temporary employees.

Why work as a pre-production packaging operator at Glosek Gourmet?

The interim agency FLEXIM Intérim, located in Fleurance, Condom, Auch and Gimont works with the best local companies. These companies regularly need to call on temporary workers to meet an increase in their production needs, for short or long periods. These companies are then likely to one day hire former temporary workers on permanent contracts.

Glosek is one of those companies in the Gers which regularly employ temporary workers, and particularly production and packaging operators. These are the answers to all the questions you may be asking yourself before opting for an interim contract with Glosek Gourmet.

GLOSEK GOURMET company history

Michel Glosek, founder, former chef, gave his name to the company he formed in 1998. Guaranteeing products from agriculture without chemicals and GMOs, respectful of the balance of nature and biodiversity.

The Glosek company therefore has an influence beyond the Gers through the commitment of its founder and current manager.

How does Glosek Gourmet work to create and manufacture its products?

Glosek Gourmet has a pole of its activity dedicated to research and development, upstream of the production of its specialties. Here are the different stages through which any product then manufactured and packaged by the production and packaging operators passes:
– analyse of needs ;
– feasibility study ;
– pre-test;
? 1?? validation ;
– focus test;
? 2? validation client ;
– laboratory validation;
– serial production of less than 100,000 copies.

This is where the production and packaging agent comes in!

The particularity of Glosek Gourmet products: Desserts in jars that can be kept for two years without having to respect the cold chain. While remaining of course highly qualitative in terms of flavors and nutritional quality.

The profession of production and packaging operator

Your role will be to prepare the jars before they are shipped. It is a technician’s role: you respect the standard procedures allowing the mass production of quality products, respecting the specifications.

You will perform a series of operations related to sorting, assembly, assembly, packaging of parts and products. You will work on a worktable and on a Semi production lineautomated.

Perfect start for Ralf Rangnick. After the dismissal of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the interim of Michael Carrick, Ralf Rangnick was appointed at the end of November as Manchester United coach until the end of the season. While playing his first match on the Red Devils bench against Crystal Palace, the Mancunians won thanks to a goal from Fred (1-0, 78th). After the meeting, the German technician reacted after his success at Old Trafford and was satisfied with the performance of his team and the defensive quality.

?I enjoyed the way we defended, we had control of the whole game, finishing the game without conceding a goal was the most important thing. These are things we needed to improve. We have to continue to finish matches with clean sheets. With only one workout I was really impressed. We did better than expected. It’s always easier to build things up after a success. We have to continue not to take goals and improve ourselves in creating opportunities for our attack. Overall I’m very happy with the way we played today ?, he indicated at the microphone of the BBC.

“Cristiano Ronaldo’s work without the ball … hat!”

While Manchester United have not been spectacular against the Eagles, Ralf Rangnick has admitted to being impressed with the motivation of his new players. ?We have always tried to be offensive. We’ve never been away, except maybe for the last five minutes. At all other times, we tried to keep them away from our goal. The first 30 minutes I was really impressed. High speed, high intensity, high tempo, the only thing missing in this part of the game was one or two more goals (…) We kept our patience, and in the second half we deserved to win. They (the players) themselves felt on the pitch that we had control of the game, compared to quite a few games in the past. “.

Finally, the former RB Leipzig coach congratulated Fred for his goal and also praised the work of Cristiano Ronaldo. ?I had to ask my assistant if it was Fred’s right foot. I thought he could only shoot with the left! I’m happy for him, it was a great goal (…) And finally, Cristiano Ronaldo’s work without the ball … hat! “. A first full of hope for Manchester United fans, thanked by their new coach. ?It was a fantastic welcome. I’m so happy, I feel like I’ve been here for 3 or 4 weeks already ?, he added.

[content] => Array ( [encoded] =>

Due to the sanitary context, the Skyvall valley elevator, the new Valgora room as well as the new sports ground and its equipment could not be inaugurated during their respective openings. This Saturday, December 4, Rodrigue Furcy, prefect of Hautes-Pyrenees, Carole Delga, president of the Occitanie Region, Michel Pélieu, president of Department of Hautes-Pyrénées, as well as Noël Lacaze, mayor of Loudenvielle, therefore visited these 3 structuring facilities for Loudenvielle, the Peyragudes station and the Louron Valley.

For Carole Delga “at Loudenvielle, as in all mountain regions, the Region is partner of actors and local communities. These 3 facilities bear witness to our desire to facilitate the emergence of projects serving the quality of life of residents and the development of The valley. They illustrate our ability to collectively imagine the future of our territories of mountain, by focusing on reasoned development and diversification of activities to bring and maintain local dynamics “.

For Michel Pélieu “the various achievements carried out with my teams and colleagues elected for over 40 years old, without ever changing course, allow the Louron Valley to foil its destiny by wringing his neck to fate. Here, the mountain becomes fun, recreational, accessible to all, like a life-size amusement park, a Pyrenees Central Park?

A valley that reinvents itself every day

From the 19th century, the thermal road of Bagnères-de-Bigorre and the creation of hydraulic dams transformed the Louron Valley. In the 1970s, elected officials mobilized and put themselves in working order to develop tourism. This is how the Génos-Loudenvielle Lake and its aquatic leisure center were created in 1974.

A year later, in 1975, the resort of Val Louron took shape, followed in 1985 by Peyragudes resulting from the merger of two already existing ski resorts, Les Agudes, on the Haute-Garonne side, and Peyresourde, on the Hautes-Pyrénées side. The Balnéa relaxation center was created in 2000 and has since seen regular expansions.

The uninterrupted and still controlled development of the Louron Valley has made it possible to largely achieve the objectives set, notably with an increase in the local population and a real expansion of its catchment area. The range of activities and entertainment offered in summer and winter, the development of the accommodation offer, the friendly and professional welcome are all assets that have enabled the harmonious development of the Louron Valley.

A development recognized in June 2019 by the MMA Foundation for Entrepreneurs of the Future, which awarded the Louron Valley in the “Territorial ecosystem” category. In 30 years, it has been able to create an economic model based on sustainable tourism that benefits the entire territory (population increase by 30%, employment increase by 80%, diversification of activities, preservation of natural environments … .).

Skyvall is redesigning the summer / winter tourist offer

By facilitating mobility, without increasing car traffic and CO2 emissions, Skyvall promotes access for residents and holidaymakers to the many leisure activities in the valley, whatever the season, while respecting the environment. . Note that a reception and services building was built in 2020 from the Skyvall. It includes a tourist information point, a ski pass sales area, toilets, a ski locker service and a catering point, the Skybar.
