O Mercedes-Benz EQS is the new electric flagship of the German brand and has just been presented in Portugal, before its arrival on the market, which is scheduled for October.

The Stuttgart brand describes it as the first luxury electric car and advertises it as the first model in the EQ sub-brand to have been built from scratch to be electric. It is important to remember that both the EQC and the EQA are based on platforms adapted to receive electrical drive systems.

With a silhouette we first saw at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show in prototype form (Vision EQS), the EQS presents itself with fluid lines, sculpted surfaces, smooth transitions and reduced front and rear overhangs.

TO NOT LOSE: From 2025 all Mercedes-Benz models will have a 100% electric version
